Silodosin
Xalkori may increase blood levels of silodosin, possibly increasing the risk for serious side effects. In general, these medicines should not be taken together.
 
Sirolimus
Xalkori may increase your sirolumus blood levels, which could increase your risk for side effects. Talk to your healthcare provider before taking these medicines together, as it is generally recommended that they not be combined.
 
Tacrolimus
Xalkori may increase blood levels of tacrolimus, increasing the risk for potentially serious side effects. In general, these drugs should not be taken together.
 
Topotecan
Xalkori may increase blood levels of topotecan, possibly increasing the risk for side effects. It is generally recommended that these medicines not be taken together.
