Were you looking for information on Nicotrol NS? Nicatrol is a common misspelling of Nicotrol NS.

The drug Nicotrol® NS (nicotine nasal spray) is approved as part of a comprehensive plan to help a person stop smoking. In clinical studies, up to 58 percent of people using Nicotrol NS were able to quit smoking for at least 4 weeks, compared to 32 percent of people given a placebo. It works by minimizing nicotine withdrawal symptoms, and most people tolerate it well, although side effects are possible.
