Storage Information

Nicotine lozenges should be stored at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep this and all other medications out of the reach of children and pets. The nicotine lozenge contains enough nicotine to harm a child or animal.

The brand-name nicotine lozenge (sold under the name Nicorette Lozenge) is made by GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, L.P. Generic nicotine lozenges are made by Perrigo Company.

Available Strengths

The nicotine lozenge comes in the following strengths:
  • Nicotine lozenge 2 mg
  • Nicotine lozenge 4 mg.
There are also mini lozenges available (sold under the name Nicorette mini Lozenges) in the 2-mg and 4-mg strengths, and they are also available in generic form. The mini lozenges are smaller, more portable, and dissolve faster than the regular ones.
