A few medications can cause adverse reactions when combined with mechlorethamine. For instance, interactions may occur with drugs like Herceptin, FluMist, and Clozaril, just to name a few. Some of these combinations may lead to serious side effects, infections, or decreased effectiveness of the drug. Therefore, make sure your healthcare provider knows about all other medications and herbal supplements you are taking.

An Overview of Mechlorethamine Interactions

Mechlorethamine (Mustargen®) may interact with a few other medications. Some of the drugs that may react with mechlorethamine include but are not limited to:
