Important Information for Your Healthcare Provider

You should talk with your healthcare provider prior to taking Hycamtin if you have:
  • Any infection
  • Kidney disease, such as kidney failure (renal failure)
  • Any bleeding
  • A history of interstitial lung disease (ILD)
  • Pulmonary fibrosis
  • Any allergies, including allergies to foods, dyes, or preservatives.
Also, let your healthcare provider know if you are:
Make sure to tell your healthcare provider about any other medicines you are taking, including prescription and nonprescription medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

Overdose Information

An overdose with this medication would likely be quite serious. If you think you may have overdosed on this product, seek immediate medical attention.

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?

If you miss a dose of IV Hycamtin, contact your healthcare provider to set up an appointment for your dose as soon as possible. If you miss a dose of oral Hycamtin, ask your healthcare provider for further instructions.
