Lung Cancer Home > Etopophos Drug Interactions

Sipuleucel-T
Sipuleucel-T may be less effective if taken with Etopophos. This is because sipuleucel-T is thought to work by stimulating the body's immune system, while Etopophos decreases the activity of the immune system. Talk to your healthcare provider about this possible interaction before using these medicines together.

Tocilizumab
Tocilizumab may decrease blood levels of Etopophos, potentially making it less effective. Talk to your healthcare provider about this potential interaction if you are taking tocilizumab. He or she may choose to monitor you more closely.

Warfarin
Combining warfarin with Etopophos could increase your risk for potentially dangerous bleeding. If you take warfarin, your healthcare provider may need to monitor you more closely, and adjust your warfarin dosage if needed, during Etopophos treatment.

Final Thoughts

It is possible that not all Etopophos drug interactions were discussed in this article. Therefore, you should talk with your pharmacist or healthcare provider about the specific interactions that may apply to you.
